What's covered
- Order can't start: if delivery can't be started, the full amount goes back to your wallet straight away.
- Nothing delivered in 40 hours: the full amount is refunded to your wallet automatically.
- Not finished in 72 hours: you keep what was delivered and the undelivered part is refunded to your wallet.
- Drops after delivery: on refill-protected options we re-check your follower count 1, 24 and 72 hours after completion. If it falls below 97% of what was delivered, we request a free refill for you.
- Refills depend on the delivery network. If a refill can't be done, there's no automatic refund for the drop. Contact support and we'll look into it.
