1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BoostFollower, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations.
• You understand that social media platform algorithms and policies may affect delivery speed and results.

2. Our Services

BoostFollower provides social media marketing and engagement services, including but not limited to:

• Followers
• Likes
• Views
• Comments
• Shares
• Watch hours
• Telegram members
• Other digital engagement services available on the platform

Services are provided through trusted premium providers selected for quality and stability.

3. User Responsibilities

When placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide correct usernames, profile links, or post links.
• Ensure the account or post is public during processing.
• Avoid changing usernames or deleting posts while an order is active.
• Avoid placing duplicate orders for the same link at the same time unless permitted.

BoostFollower is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect links, private accounts, deleted content, or changes made by the customer during processing.

4. Delivery Policy

• Most services start within a few minutes to several hours.
• Delivery time may vary depending on platform demand, provider processing queue, quantity ordered and social media platform restrictions.
• Large orders may be delivered gradually for safety and quality purposes.

5. Refund Policy — Automatic 40-Hour No-Progress Refund

If an order shows no progress at all for 40 consecutive hours, our system automatically issues a full refund to your BoostFollower wallet. No-progress means:

• The order remains in Pending status.
• The delivered quantity is 0.
• No partial delivery has started.

Once the 40-hour period is reached, the refund is processed automatically and credited to your wallet.

6. Partial Progress Orders

If an order has already started processing (for example, 100 out of 1,000 followers delivered), it is not considered a no-progress order. In such cases:

• The order may continue processing, or
• A partial refund may be issued for the undelivered portion if the provider marks the order as Failed, Canceled, or Partial.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Incorrect or invalid links submitted by the customer
• Private, restricted, suspended, or deleted accounts/posts
• Username changes during processing
• Completed orders
• Normal follower fluctuations after delivery unless refill protection is included
• Duplicate orders placed by the user

8. Wallet Refunds

• All approved refunds are credited to the BoostFollower Wallet.
• Refunds are not automatically returned to a bank account, card, or cryptocurrency wallet unless required by law or approved by BoostFollower support.
• Wallet funds can be used for future orders on the platform.

9. Refill Policy

Some services include Refill Protection.

• If followers, likes, or other engagement drop within the specified refill period, BoostFollower may request a refill from the provider.
• Refill is available only for services marked “Refill Included.”
• Refill requests must be submitted before the refill period expires.

Services marked No Refill are not eligible for refill or compensation after successful delivery.

10. Wallet Policy

The BoostFollower wallet allows users to deposit funds, store balances, pay for services, receive refunds and view transaction history.

• Deposits are credited only after successful payment verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent payment activity may result in temporary account restrictions.
• Wallet balances have no cash value outside the BoostFollower platform except where required by law.

11. App Usage Policy

To maintain a safe and reliable platform, users must not:

• Use BoostFollower for illegal activities
• Attempt to exploit pricing errors or system bugs
• Abuse the refund system
• Create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes
• Use stolen payment methods
• Interfere with the platform’s infrastructure, APIs, or security systems

12. Service Availability

BoostFollower may:

• Add or remove services at any time
• Change pricing without prior notice
• Temporarily disable services for maintenance or quality improvements
• Replace providers to maintain better delivery quality

We strive to provide high-quality premium services only and reserve the right to remove services that do not meet our quality standards.

13. Limitation of Liability

BoostFollower provides digital marketing services on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee:

• Specific business results
• Sales conversions
• Revenue growth
• Viral reach
• Long-term social media performance

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

14. Privacy

We respect your privacy and use customer information only for:

• Order processing
• Payment verification
• Customer support
• Security and fraud prevention

We do not sell personal information to third parties.

15. Changes to These Policies

BoostFollower may update these Terms, Refund Policy, and App Usage Policy at any time. Updated versions become effective immediately after publication on the website. Users are encouraged to review this page regularly.
